DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT.

We proactively manage the development process from all perspectives including market and financial analysis, site procurement, master and concept planning, sales and marketing coordination, due diligence and settlement management, to yield the best return on investment for our clients.

DESIGN MANAGEMENT.

We manage the entire design process from the initial concept, the procurement of the design team, the contract documentation and client approvals, to tender management and the appointment of the contractor.

CONTRACT SUPERINTENDENCE.

We administer a project in detail to ensure that all elements of the contract are being adhered to, including the management of progress claims and variations, and the extension of time claims.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
